Got a product nobody wants to touch anymore?
A freelancer built it and moved on. Or an agency churned through three teams. It works, more or less, but every change takes weeks and nobody knows what will break.
We take it over, stabilize it, and keep building. We start with a two-week review: we understand the code, tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what isn't, and hand you a plan with real costs — even if the conclusion is that a rewrite is your best move.
What the review covers
- Architecture audit: how it is put together and where the bottlenecks are.
- Technical debt prioritized by real risk, not by aesthetic taste.
- Security and dependency status: what's outdated and what exposes you.
- A stabilization plan with real costs and timelines.
What we won't do
We won't default to recommending a full rewrite: it's the most expensive option and almost never the right one. If something is worth keeping, we keep it — and we tell you honestly.
Why us
More than 14 years of backend architecture and distributed systems. Getting into someone else’s code and making it maintainable is a different job from starting from scratch — and it is the one we do best.
Entry price
The review is a fixed-price product: from USD $3,000, two weeks, with concrete deliverables. If we then continue with the stabilization, that amount comes off the project.
